• 10x40-foot or 20x20 booth with preferential placement

• Early set-up time of 10 am

• 14 amps (180 watts) of electric service for use with 4 extension cords provided by sponsor

• Logo in all CCQ/Quiltfest NW publications and news releases throughout the year

• Full-page print ready ad (5.5”w x 8.5”h) in Quilt Show Program

• Opportunity to place coupons in CCQ newsletter and monthly reminders

• Recognition from the podium at meetings

• First choice in Lecture and Demonstrations schedule

• Over the air announcements during each day of the show

Tables and Chairs included. Please indicate how many of each you need.

Fees: Fees are due by August 31, 2026. All monies are refundable until August 31, 2026 minus a $50 refund fee.  After August 31, 2026 all monies are non-refundable.

Indemnification and Release: Sponsors shall be liable for and pay all costs and expenses arising from any and all injury, damage or loss of any kind, to any person or property that may arise from Sponsor rental and occupation of sales space at the event. By signing this contract, the Sponsor hereby expressly releases the Clark County Quilters Guild and Quiltfest Northwest Show, its planning committee and the Clark County Event Center from any and all liability for any injury, damage or loss of any person or property that may arise from Sponsor’s rental and occupation of exhibit space at the event. Sponsor shall at its own expense obtain all necessary insurance coverage to enable it to meet these foregoing obligations.

Contract Acceptance: I, the duly authorized representative of the undersigned organization, agree to the rules and regulations associated with my involvement as a sponsor.

Print Ready Advertisement: Due no later than August 31, 2026 to Jackie Imel   jackie.imel@clarkcountyquilters.com

Raffle Basket Donation: Please donate an item with a minimum value $15 to our Vendor Basket Raffle include an attached business card. Donations will be collected either Wednesday during set-up or Thursday before the show opens. Vendors will be given tickets to give to their customers. One winner will be drawn at the end of each of the three days.

Setup:             Wednesday, October 7, 10:00am – 6:00pm

Show Hours:   Thursday, October 8,     10:00am – 4:00pm

                         Friday, October 9,          10:00am – 4:00pm

                        Saturday, October 10,      10:00am – 4:00pm
