Pipe & Drape and Electricity:  Are included in all sponsor fees

Tables and Chairs:  Need to be supplied by sponsor or rented at $20 per table and $5 per chair.

Raffle Basket Donation Request:

As a sponsor for the 2024 Quiltfest Nortwest, we are offering you the opportunity to donate an item (minimum value $15) with an attached business card to be included in our quilt raffle baskets.  Bring items to show.

2024 Sponsorship Application

(If you do not have a WA State UBI No., contact https://dor.wa.gov/contact/temporary-registration-certificate and one will be assigned.)

Fees: A deposit of 50% of your total fees is due at the time you sign your contract. Balance is due by Friday, March 1, 2024. All monies are refundable until March 1, 2024 with a $10 refund fee. All monies are transferable to another uncontracted sponsor you supply. However, after March 1, 2024, all monies are non-refundable. 

 

Indemnification and Release: By signing this contract, the sponsor hereby expressly releases the Clark County Quilters Guild and Quiltfest Northwest Show, it’s planning committee and the Clark County Event Center from any and all liability for any injury, damage or loss of any person or property that may arise from Sponsor’s rental and occupation of exhibit space at the event. Sponsor shall at its own expense obtain all necessary insurance coverage to enable it to meet these foregoing obligations.

 

Contract Acceptance: I, the duly authorized representative of the undersigned organization, agree to the rules and regulations associated with my involvement as a sponsor.
